SJTZ系列保质器是一种新型调质器，主要用于制粒前的物料保质，SJTZ系列保质器是把将要制粒的粉料进行加热增湿，并进行较大时间的保温，有足够的时间使物料与蒸汽接触，物料开始部分糊化，以便于压制成型，并且可提高颗粒料的耐水性，改善颗粒料表面和内在的质量。它和保质器最大区别是主轴转速慢调质时间长、糊化度高。

The SJTZ series conditioner is a new type of conditioning equipment primarily used for material preservation before pelleting. The SJTZ series conditioner heats and humidifies powder materials intended for pelleting, maintaining temperature for an extended period. This allows sufficient time for material-steam interaction, initiating partial gelatinization to facilitate pellet formation while enhancing water resistance and improving both surface and internal pellet quality. Its key distinction from conventional conditioners lies in its slower shaft rotation speed, extended conditioning time, and higher gelatinization degree.

⑦、提高饲料的消化吸收率，使蛋白及淀粉等组分的吸收率提高10%~12%以上；

Improves feed digestibility by 10%-12%, enhancing absorption of proteins and starches;

⑧、破坏和杀灭有害因子达30%~80%以上；

Destroys 30%-80% of harmful factors;

⑨、降低电耗，良好的提高制粒机的产能达7%~12%。减少压膜的磨损，增加制粒机易损件的寿命。
