关于液压系统的说明/Hydraulic Safety System：

液压开盖系统是我公司为了客户更换易损件以及检修工作的便捷性标配的系统，其主要部件为液压泵站、高压油管、油缸。对于我司SWFL超微粉碎机来说，液压系统承受的力量超过千斤，一旦发生事故后果不堪设想，对此经过不断改进我司研究出了三大安全保障措施：

The hydraulic cover-opening system is our company's standard configuration designed to facilitate customers' replacement of wear parts and maintenance operations. Its main components include a hydraulic power unit, high-pressure oil pipes, and hydraulic cylinders.

For our SWFL ultra-fine grinding machines, the hydraulic system withstands forces exceeding several tons. The consequences of any potential accident would be unthinkable. Through continuous improvements, our company has developed three major safety measures:

①、液压泵站自带液压锁：无论舱盖处于何种开合角度，无论换向阀位于何档位，都不会出现急速关盖的危险情况；

The hydraulic power unit comes with a built-in hydraulic lock: No matter what angle the cover is opened or closed at, and no matter what position the directional valve is in, there will be no dangerous situation of rapid cover closure

②、标配安全销：在进行检修工作时将安全销插入对应孔位；

Standard safety pin: Insert the safety pin into the corresponding hole during maintenance work;

③、国内唯一开盖角度超过90度的设计：假设在安保措施①②全部瘫痪的情况下，超过90度的开盖角度在重力作用下不会出现急速关盖的危险情况。

The only design in China with an opening angle exceeding 90 degrees: Assuming both safety measures ① and ② fail, the opening angle exceeding 90 degrees ensures that gravity will prevent any dangerous situation of rapid cover closure.
